Commendation

This piece is based of the view I have every morning when I wake up. My plants are important to me because they give me something to focus on and something to live for. When I am at my lowest point, I remember that without me, my plants would die. Even when it feels like there is too much horror in the world and I can’t bear living, I have to stay for my plants. I can look at them each day and see a visible impact of my survival. It really helps.
