The idea for galaxy girl came from a thought I had when I was small that someone was moving the planets. to create the painting I started with baking paper, drew the image that I wanted by tracing a outline of a face, and adding the details (eyes, lips etc). I then leaded the back to transfer it to a piece of card. From there I painted it using a combination of water and acrylic paints.
