One day I was making mashed sweet potato with my mum. I saw a tiny sweet potato and by accident I carved it a little bit but I wanted to save it for last. Then my mum said yes to keeping him and then I got a marker and drew two black spots and a smile. And then I used something called tipex which I used to make the white in the eyes and then I got sweet potato baby and he was my best friend. I gave him a hat because it was super close to my birthday party so I thought he should have a party hat. But I hope he doesn’t get mouldy or else he’ll be ruined.
