In this painting, i decided to explore a variety of what interests and inspires me as a person. inspiration from different artists like van gogh and basquiat can be seen, while my interests like music, horror films, and nature can be seen influencing this piece. one side depicts a vivid and overwhelming world of imagination, accompanied by a tamer, muted side. i used one of my closest friends as a reference for the person in the painting, adding a personal touch into it.
