This painting was born from an inspiration video of a woman creating a forest scene, sparking my vision of an earthy green woodland with a mysterious, unending path. The Enchanted Forest captures my imagination—a world where the stone steps lead upward, disappearing into the unknown. The light filtering through the trees symbolises a glimmer of hope, a reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is always a way forward. I used acrylic paints on a 30cm x 30cm cotton canvas to bring this vision to life, layering greens and soft sunlight to evoke the freshness of nature. I hope anyone who sees this painting feels transported—smelling the mossy earth, hearing the soft crunch of branches, and listening to the quiet birdsong hidden within the leaves.
