It is difficult to find yourself and discover the true you, while I thought about this , I put pen to paper, and the drawing came alive. In this art piece, I am building myself with the puzzle pieces floating around me. The puzzle pieces are all different shapes and sizes, they represent my personality, hobbies, emotions, intrests and the things that make me unique. In the end, the puzzle pieces join together and create me, and who I am today. In my drawing, there are still pieces missing, as I am not yet finished discovering myself. I used a varied amount of mediums such as, pencils, charcoal powder, gel pen, markers and paint. I used a picture I took of myself to create this self portrait. For texture, I added paper cut out snowflakes in pink and yellow colour.
