Our artwork is inspired by "Alice in Wonderland." It depicts Alice standing before a large, ornate mirror, her expression a mix of curiosity and wonder. The mirror reflects a distorted, dreamlike version of her surroundings, where colours swirl and shapes bend in playful ways. Alice’s dress, a soft blue, flows gently as she leans closer. The background is filled with enchanting elements—a world full of colour and happiness, a juxtaposition to the world around her. We used delicate brush strokes because we wanted to create a soft, ethereal quality, blending pastel shades of yellow, blue, brown, green, and red. We wanted to create an enchanting and slightly surreal atmosphere and invite viewers to lose themselves in Alice’s journey of discovery. We used mixed media, like watercolours, acrylic paints, and colour pencils.
