Painting this felt really peaceful. As I worked on the rose bush, adding each petal and leaf, it felt calming, almost like I could forget about everything else and just focus on the details. The thorns were there, but they didn’t feel harsh, just a part of the whole. The bird was my favorite part—it felt light and innocent. Painting it felt like capturing a quiet moment. It was a nice contrast to the more complicated parts of the bush, kind of like peace in the middle of everything. Even though the ocean isn’t right there in the picture, I knew it was in the background, and that gave me a sense of space. It made the scene feel more open, like everything could breathe. Overall, the painting process just felt calm. I wasn’t rushing or trying to get it perfect it was more about enjoying the feeling of creating something that felt peaceful. It was a nice break, like my own little moment of peace while painting.
