This is my hat royal fleur elegance this hat is inspired by Philip Treacy and 90s theme. My hat has purple and dark purple fleur de lit designs on it and on the rim, there is a fleur diamond design, and, on the side, there are roses I made from ribbon. What inspired me about Philip Treacy hats was how they all had they own design and how some part catch your eye more than the others. I hope when people see my hat, they will see a 90s theme but an eye-catching hat .
