For this art piece I used a 4H pencil ,an A3 sheet of paper ,an eraser a large amount of Crayola markers as well as a black pen. In my perspective our lives are like books,not just with beginning middle and ends so on, but with our experiences ,but we often compare ourselves to other people whether it’s in social media or in other books, I based this artwork on the quote “You are the main character of your life”, with the darker palette based on the left side to symbolise the emotions felt by comparing ourselves and the lighter medium kept to the right side to show our protagonism, to represent the emotions I used a variety of colours because our life comes with a lot of feelings , I used the black pen to make the lines visibly bold, to catch the viewers attention and the rest was left to how I perceive my life and to my imagination as well as some inspiration from Google
