8-11 Category • 2024What inspired me: I was inspired by my love for dragons and when I younger I used to watch a show called How to Train a Dragon. Materials: I used a pencil, cardboard, tape and paint. Process: Firstly, I cut a lot of cardboard and folded it into a cylinder shape for the body. Then I cut out a smaller piece of cardboard and I folded that into a cylinder as well. Then I taped the two sides together and I cut out an area for the mouth. After that I made a small hole in the body, then I got a slab of cardboard and cut out the wings. I put the wings in the holes and then cellotaped it to reinforce it. I brought it into school and painted it burgundy. For the eyes, I painted them green.
