I was inspired to paint this cherry blossom tree because I remember that there was one outside my playschool when I was 3 years old. My playschool teacher was tall enough to reach up and get me a beautiful petal to put in my long plait in my hair. I used different shades of paint to paint the tree and the sunset in the background.
