This is a painting of what i think an irish elk would look like. Sunlight seeps through the gap in the Under-bush. It represents that it’s hiding from the future humans that bring it to extinction. Flowers bloom at his feet to show there is happiness in the darkest places. I was inspired to create this as i think irish elks were beautiful creatures. I used acrylic paints on canvas
