This is a picture i took of a Little spot my friend showed me over the summer. It is in my local park, which i have been constantly going to since i can remember. I like how I can still discover new things about places that i have been to so often. I have always felt at peace in the park, and so to have my friend bring me to this lovey spot was truly amazing. I never seem to go too this park by myself, i have always been with a family member like my mom or cousins, and now i am going more often with my friends. This is why i associate this park in general with love and just being happy. It is nice to have brought this image of a great day to life through this painting. I used acrylic paint as my medium. I first did a light swash of pink then a rough sketch using paint to place everything into the painting. I then painted ever in detail starting from the background of the sky and sun and then finishing the painting in the foreground with the stones on the left.
