Everything has a root, everything has a foundation and these foundations are rooted in nature. I wanted to showcase a human made creation, that relies on tension to hold itself and a nature made creation that relies on its roots for survival. I got my inspiration For the bridge from the Samuel beckett bridge to showcase the shared similarities and intertwinedness of the tree and the bridge. The tree sprouts from the base of the bridge and its branches are supported by beams from the base. To show how nature mingles and inspires Everything. I used wires of different lengths and thickness and modelled with clay. I spraypainted with gold .
