12-15 Category • 2026Cherry Snake is a drawing of well a snake in what's hinted at a cherry blossom tree. The point I want to get across with this piece is that you can look at the flowers and go 'wow that's beautiful!' and yet the snake stays there, stereotypically dangerous and aggresive when here its clearly showing no fangs and only trying to scare you away I tried to capture the natural beauty of a snake rather than the fear factor of one. I want to protest that we are the ones that makes snakes scary a snake will run it will threaten but only bite if you bite first even if its accidental.
