For my art piece I was inspired by a book on birds that I found in a charity shop one day with my mum. I love drawing animals, especially birds and mythical creatures! I spent over 8 weeks working on this drawing. Each week taking a section and working on it, almost like a jigsaw. I picked this image of an Australian grey goshawk as it reminded me of the buzzards that fly and roam over the fields where I live. The green shades of the rainforests that the goshawks live in, remind me of the green fields and trees surrounding my home.
