The northern lights inspired my art piece. We were able to see the northern lights last night in Ireland. I loved looking at the lights and at all the lovely pictures of the lights. I love the beautiful colours in the sky. I used chalk pastels to draw my picture smudging the colours with my fingers to recreate the lights in the sky. I used white paint for the stars and flicked the paint onto the picture to create the starry sky.
