This is my drawing of a peaceful nature scene. I used colored pencils to draw mountains, a river, trees, and the sky. In the middle of the picture, there are tall mountains. I colored them grey and blue to make them look rocky and strong. Between the mountains, a river begins and flows all the way to the front of the picture. The river is wide and blue, and I shaded it lightly to show that the water is moving. On both sides of the river, there are green hills with small trees and plants. I drew the trees in different places so the land looks natural and not the same everywhere. The trees make the picture feel alive. Above the mountains, the sky is orange and yellow. I chose these colors to show a sunset. The warm sky makes the picture feel calm and happy. I like how the warm colors of the sky mix with the cool colors of the mountains and water. This drawing shows how peaceful and beautiful nature can be. I wanted it to look like a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy the view.
