This artwork is called Faces of Nature. I made three heads to show that nature can look and feel different in many ways. Nature is not only trees, flowers, and animals. Nature can also be colors, light, ideas, and imagination. For my artwork, I used metal pieces, mosaic glass, clay, woollen flowers, lights, and material scraps. I like using lots of different materials because nature is made from many different things too. Some things are hard like metal and glass, and some things are soft like wool and fabric. The first head is shiny and colorful. It is made with mosaic glass and metal pieces. It reminds me of stones, crystals, and the earth. It shows the strong and bright side of nature. The second head is covered with woollen flowers and has lights inside. It looks warm and alive, like a glowing garden. The lights show the energy of nature, and the flowers show how nature grows and blooms. The third head is white and simple. It is made with clay and has a watch on it. The watch is a symbol of time and shows how nature is always changing. Nature grows, moves, and transforms over time. This head shows the quiet, mysterious, and changing side of nature. I wanted my artwork to show that nature has many faces. Nature can be colorful, soft, strong, strange, and beautiful. Just like people, nature is different in many ways, and that is what makes it special.
