Our artwork began as a sensory art project using flour & water and cotton string draped onto a balloon and flower pot to make the sculptural forms. we then made self portraits of all the students using a choice of Flying costume from a school uniform or casual wear or a halloween costume as our clothing. We added a photo of our faces and glued these onto lollipop sticks and placed our figures in hot air balloons. These pieces will be hung in our school corridor as you enter our school. Nearly all students in senior part of our school participated in this 3d sculptural piece.
