16-18 Category • 2025The artworks evolved when each student created pencil sketches of fruit and vegetables. The art element of form was then emphasised through the use of oil pastels. These were then cut out and placed on a painted and oil pastel irregular shaped mark making patterned background. Fabrics were chosen and placed on the stretched canvas to emphasise space. Students also added a vase to complete the contemporary Still-Life.
