My artwork is based around a tropical background Because of my heritage i am from honduras (central America).My picture of a humming bird is 2 secondary images combined to form A consummate work , the media used for this art work was water colour paints i also had to mix a lot of colours to form the exact shade i needed . the techniques i used were brush strokes and a flat wash background.the humming bird symbolizes joy and light in the world.for the flower petals i used light pink crepe paper and molded it to chicken wire to make it bend and pop pleasantly . i was inspired show others a touch of my childhood and show others what life is truly like in honduras
