16-18 Category • 2026Nature to me means being outside. Where i am happiest when i am outside is near the sea. I love the fresh sea air and the sound of the waves. I love to surf, sup and swim. I also love researching about the sea creatures i see when im near the sea. This is what inspired me with my artwork. I wanted to do something that reflects what i love doing most. My piece is made of old recycled exam papers layered over Each-other. I sewed buttons over the top to make the head of the jellyfish. And used old twine and recylcled plastic for the legs. I collected some shells while i was at the beach and added them too.
