This acrylic painting shows a tree above and below the ground. The top half is full of bright colours like pink, blue, yellow, and green. The leaves are painted with lots of texture and small dots, making the tree look alive and happy. The colourful background gives the feeling of warmth, growth, and energy, like a tree on a sunny day. The bottom half of the painting shows what is hidden under the ground. The colours become darker with browns and blacks to show the soil. The roots spread out in many directions, just like the branches above. This shows that the tree’s strength comes from what we cannot see. Small animals are painted underground, showing that even in dark places, life still exists. The painting is about balance and connection. The tree cannot grow tall and colourful without strong roots. It reminds us that what is inside or underneath is just as important as what we show on the outside. This artwork was painted with acrylic paint, using layers and texture to make the tree and roots stand out.
