My Artwork – Staying Strong and Believing in Myself My artwork is very personal to me because it represents the importance of staying strong, believing in myself, and never giving up on my hopes and dreams. In my artwork, my character is holding a sword. To me, the sword represents strength, courage, and determination. I see it as a reminder to keep going, even when life gets difficult. Just as my character holds tightly onto his sword, I want to hold tightly onto my hopes and dreams and never let them go. I believe that if I stay strong, keep trying, and believe in myself, I can achieve great things. This is why I believe the sky is the limit! When creating my artwork, I started by sketching my character in pencil. Once I was happy with my drawing, I went over the lines with a pen to make them stand out more. I then used coloured pencils to bring my character to life. Sometimes, I added extra layers of colour to make certain areas bolder and more noticeable. I enjoyed building up the colours and watching my idea slowly turn into a finished piece of artwork. For me, this artwork is more than just a drawing. It represents my hopes, my dreams, and the strength I want to carry with me every day. I hope that when people look at my artwork, they can see the message behind it and feel inspired to believe in themselves, too. Thank you all for taking the time to view my artwork and read my story.
