I did this peace of art with mixed media (pencils, paint, markers and collage work ). I choose these art materials because water colours remind me of the beautiful sky that we have that may not always be blue so we have to appreciate everything in life. I also did a pencil sketch to blend in with all the beautiful water colours, then after that I decided to use markers for the final small details. I also did some collage work because I really think bits of bright colours of magazines look beautiful with the calm background. This art reminds me of nature because mushrooms can grow anywhere in nature even with pollution they still grow. And I know they're poisonous ones but if you look closely you can see the true beauty of mushrooms. Then I did leaves with all sorts of designs because if you look at a leaf closely enough you'll start to see the lines moving into a picture of nature. And I know not all leaves are green but that's what nature made them to be. Leaves come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and that's what makes every single leaf unique. The reason why I did collage work at the bottom because I think if I just made a simple brown mud it will be quite boring so I decided to put my own creative spin on it and give it a little more colour by adding scraps of magazines instead, it really gave it a boost. I also made a butterfly out of collage work because I think butterflies have all sorts of patterns like magazines.
