Hi! When creating this piece I decided that art never ‘had’ to be completely accurate to real life, I ended up Mixing various things from different places e.g bamboo, eastern blue bird. My inspiration was simply just a few images online and my own imagination on what I thought would be pleasant and of course , the theme “this is nature!” I didn’t want to create a sort of complex story behind the art as it may be confusing or just unreliable so I drew the theme in its simplest form and did not make it overwhelming by putting too many things in the drawing.
